Purchase and return policy

1• The customer must adhere to the instructions provided with the product to take care of it.

2• The company does not bear any error in the size based on the customer’s inputs through the site.

3• The company does not bear any error of the size based on the size of the dress sent by the customer.

Repair, replacement and refund policy:

1. We accept free repair of new clothes in the event of any factory defect or error in carrying out the order within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of receipt of the dresses.

2.Dirty and used clothes are not received.

3. Accessories are to be replaced within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that they are in their original condition with the purchase invoice attached.

4. We do not accept replacement underwear.

5.In the event of damage or error caused by manufacturing and cannot be repaired for any reason, the customer is compensated within a maximum period of 10 days from the date of receipt with one of these options:

*Replace the dress with another new dress detailing.

*Return the amount paid by the customer (the value of the dress).

6. All the clothes that are provided through Sindi.sa are clothes that are tailored whether a fixed size was chosen such as M-L-S etc. .. or the insertion of the sizes based on the customer's experience in doing so the customer has the right to take back in previous cases only

Refund policy:

1• The customer is not compensated for the delivery charges.

2• In case of payment by the network, the purchase amount will be returned to the client's IBAN account within 20-30 working days from the date of payment.

3• In the case of electronic payment, the purchase amount is returned to the customer directly, and the amount reaches the customer's account within 7-15 working days, and may take longer in some cases.

4• Refunds are made if the customer's sizes do not match or the model chosen by the customer during the purchase process does not match.
