Contract signing for the establishment of Sindi Industrial Company factory

Based on the meeting of the partners and managers of Sindi Industrial Company (one of the subsidiaries and owned by Reda Al Mesk Trading Company) held on 11/1/ 2021 to discuss the best offers and bids of major contracting companies specialized in building major factories in the Arab Republic of Egypt, which submitted to us its bid to build and construct Sindi Thobe Factory, And after researching the best of them all in terms of the best offers, technically and financially.

Praise be to God and His grace, today, Sunday, 7/11/2021, a contract was signed for the construction and construction of a factory (Sindi Thobe) with BETCO Engineering and Contracting Company (BETCO) with a total project value estimated at $1,400,000 (one million four hundred thousand US dollars) on the company’s land of an area 4250 m2 located in the Industrial Development Group (IDG Industrial Complex) in the Sixth of October City, Egypt, with a daily production capacity of 2500-3000 garments, God willing. And distribution to external requests... within one of the company's steps and objectives to achieve its continuous development and expansion.
